Chris is accompanied by his younger brother Michael on bass and best friend Brad Beaty on drums. He released his first EP, Cosmonaut, in February of 2025. All tracks minus vocals were recorded and mixed on iPhone, with the final mixing and mastering done in a studio by Beaty. With the sound being acclaimed by many in the local scene, Watters is proud to be releasing his second EP, 'In My Eyes' on July 17, 2025.
CHRISTOPHER THOMAS is a desert rock artist born and raised in Medford, New Jersey. 25-year-old Chris Watters has been ripping on the guitar since 13, inspired by rockers like Queens of the Stone Age and Pantera while channeling his mellower side through Jeff Buckley and David Bowie. Watters has been in bands and played in bars all over the East Coast since 14, and has since been putting himself out there to be discovered in a multitude of projects.
The music of Christopher Thomas emulates sounds of bands like Kyuss, Dead Kennedys, and Melvins, while maintaining a modern, Iggy pop-esque element of uniquity.
